HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM？
Please contact our Customer Care Team via email to email@example.com to help if we can solve the problem together first. If not, please mark our order number, phone number and "Return" on the package, and let us know the tracking number when you send it out.
Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags. We will arrange a refund after receiving your returned item(s).
Please note that if you made a mistake when you ordered (wrong color/item(s), changed your mind, or not what you wanted, etc), you will have to cover the return fee.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM？
We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require exchanging an item, simply returning the original item for a refund and place a new order with us at your convenience. Your will receive your item quicker than exchange.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM,BROKEN ITEM,MISSING ITEM IN YPUR ORDER.
We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a picture of the incorrect or broken item(s) you received, and a picture of the shipping label with the tracking number clearly visible. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will get back to you ASAP!

If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than GeekShare, please work directly with the original place of purchase for return options.
